Script to video means handing an AI a finished screenplay and getting the film back. Promvie reads your scene headings, action lines and dialogue as written, detects the characters and gives each a portrait and a voice, storyboards every scene, plans the shots, and renders each scene as a continuous take in which your lines are spoken by your characters. Nothing is rewritten unless you ask.
A scene is more than one shot. For each scene Promvie writes a shot plan: coverage, camera moves and lighting chosen to match the beat, with one line of dialogue per shot and room for reactions. You can edit the plan in plain language, swap a storyboard frame, or change a line before any video is rendered. Storyboards are free, so the look is settled before credits are spent.
Scenes render as continuous takes of up to 30 seconds. A page of screenplay is roughly a minute of screen time, so a two-minute scene renders as a few parts that continue from each other's last frame and audio rather than as separate clips.
Paste the script as plain text in standard screenplay layout or as prose; both work. Choose 16:9, 9:16 or 1:1 at the start. The export is an MP4 you can download, share on a watch page or post to TikTok.
Type one idea. Promvie writes the script, casts the characters and films the scenes. No experience needed.
